How do I order?
- Choose your shape and length of choice.
- First time shoppers will receive a FREE sizing kit for ONE shape of choice. This will ship before your press ons.
- Once you receive your sizing kit, email your photo of sizes to customerservice@looksbykat.com. Please also include your full name and order number in this email.
- Once I receive your sizes and information, your press ons will begin to produce.
- Press on fulfillment time is 7-21 days (including shipping.)
I need my order by a certain date. Can you rush my order?
Absolutely! For rush orders, please contact customerservice@looksbykat.com with details. Rush fees will apply.
Whats included in my order?
ALL press ons include a FREE application kit! (Application instructions, alcohol prep pad, cuticle pusher, mini nail file, buffing block, and nail glue.)
Your first purchase with LooksByKat comes with a FREE sizing kit for ONE shape and length! If you would like to purchase additional shapes and lengths, they can be purchased for $5 each.
Sizing kits are letter mailed, meaning there are no tracking numbers, so expect it in your mailbox in 3-7 business days. If after 7 business days your kit has not arrived, please email customerservice@looksbykat.com.

Almond, Square, Coffin - Short / Medium / Long / XL (only in square & coffin)
How to size my nails?
Measure your natural nails by pressing each tip onto your natural nails.
The press on nail should fit from side wall- to-side wall on your nail bed & should be comfortable on the nails.
If there are any gaps, the tip is too small which will result in the nails popping off. It is recommended to go with the slightly bigger size if it doesn't fit perfect.
Write each number down for per hand on the corresponding lines.
Be sure to keep your sizes safe and include your sizes per hand on your orders.

How do I apply my press on nails to last up to 2 weeks?
I
Wash your hands and nails thoroughly to remove excess oils + dust.

Using the cuticle pusher, push your cuticles back gently.
If you are comfortable, safely remove your cuticles with a cuticle nipper.

Using the nail file, gently file your nails.
This will remove shine and add texture to your nails,
making the glue and press ons easier to adhere.

Use the alcohol prep pad to further sanitize your nails,
remove any excess dust, and natural oils from the nail bed.

Add a drop of glue to your nails AND the press on nails for maximum adhesion.
Press and hold for 5-10 seconds.
How To Remove:
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 15-20 minutes. Add cuticle oil to help speed up the process.
*Oily products are NOT recommended for matte nails.
Can I reuse my press on nails?
Yes! Press ons can last up to two weeks with proper care and prep and can be reused with proper removal.
Can I return, exchange or get a refund?
Unfortunately, because all nails are handmade to your specific size, shape, length & design, no items can be refunded, returned or exchanged. Thank you for understanding.
